Tabitha Qualls-Rapier is always looking for her next opportunity to excel. She has earned her Mental Health First Aid certificate, several certifications in Digital Navigation, as well as earned her Digital Marketing Certification by Google. Tabitha has multiple diplomas related to elder care and supporting those with physical and psychological disabilities. She holds a BLS Certification through the American Heart Association. Mrs. Qualls-Rapier is a (Maternal and Mental Health) Certified Community Health Worker. She is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals. She will be further pursuing health and human services-related education. In her spare time, Tabitha enjoys studying the Bible and God's Word, psychology, philosophy, sociology, theology, current events, politics, and world history. She loves being outdoors and going on adventures. Tabitha loves being incredibly active in her community.
